Prior to joining Definitive, Eve held key positions in the industry, where she worked directly with executive teams to manage the sales tax recovery process of a diverse client base. Valerie J. Borg
Director of Business Development
An accomplished Business Development Manager with a strong background in finance and client relations, Valerie is a supportive visionary organization builder who finds business solutions to financial challenges. Before joining Definitive, Valerie held leadership positions with US based financial institutions where she demonstrated success in executing strategy and developing key partnerships across various industries. Valerie’s focus is to develop key relations and to ensure that the client receives the most comprehensive sales tax management program in the industry. She received her CMA designation from CMA Canada and her BA degree from the University of Toronto.
Lara Borboudakis
Director of Business Development
Lara brings over 15 years of business development experience to Definitive, virtually all of which has been in the service sector. Lara’s focus is to leverage this experience to ensure that she understands her clients’ needs and communicates them effectively to Definitive’s consulting team, enabling the team to exceed service expectations. Lara is committed to building long-lasting business relationships with her clients and to continually tailoring our service offering should the client need arise. Lara holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Diane Worden
Senior Director of Business Development
Diane joins Definitive with over 20 years of senior level sales and client services experience. Most recently from the marketing and promotion services industry she has dedicated her career to developing key strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional service to her clients. With a strong understanding of the financial needs of large organizations, Diane will continue to focus on developing key partnerships across a broad range of industries and delivering an exceptional level of service to the firms existing partners.
Judy Vineyard
Director of Business Development
In over fifteen years of business development as a legal account manager in Central and Eastern Canada, Judy has developed extensive leadership and professional qualities. Senior executives in the legal and tax industries relied on Judy’s professional acumen and commitment to offer the right consultative solutions and meet their specific industry needs. Additionally, Judy has held various leadership positions in the community such as safety officer, coach and mentor and has presented workshops on successful team cohesiveness. As well as having been a member of Toastmasters, she is a long standing member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
Charlene Zachar
Director of Business Development
Charlene brings over twenty years of business development experience to Definitive, with the past ten years dedicated to the sales tax recovery industry. A seasoned professional in understanding and anticipating client needs, her experience in the ever-changing environment of sales tax compliance make her a valuable resource to the team. Charlene’s focus will be to leverage her experience and knowledge to the benefit of our client base. She is a welcome addition to the Definitive team and will provide the level of support our clients expect.
Natasha MacEachern
Business Support Administrator
Natasha’s role is integral to the organizations operational and administrative needs. Her high standards of excellence, combined with outstanding organizational and customer service skills provide the Business Development and Client Services teams with the professionalism required to meet their objectives. Natasha’s strong relationship management, administrative and event planning skills, and her ability to offer solutions to operational challenges, provide both teams with the highest level of support. Natasha studied Business Administration, specializing in Financial Planning, and graduated with honors from Seneca College.
Azra Taylor
Director of Business Development
Azra brings over ten years of business development experience to Definitive, with a significant focus in tax and accounting services. Her technical knowledge and experience in a variety of industries coupled with a keen understanding of diverse operational systems and processes gives her exceptional insight into client’s sales tax challenges and needs. It is Azra’s commitment to building long term partnerships, as well as developing a high level of trust and support that makes her contribution so valuable to clients and to the Definitive team. She is a former articling student at Deloitte & Touche and holds a BBA degree from Brock University.
