Chetan P. Mathur
Executive Chairman
Mr. Mathur joined Definitive Consulting Services in November 2008 and is the Executive Chairman. In this role he is responsible for the overall business vision, strategic growth, profitability, marketing, client service and operations of the firm. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Next Pathway and the President of the Partner Advisory Board of Global Velocity. Over a career spanning 20 years, Mr. Mathur has led and grown several companies in the information technology sector, including M Systems Group, a leading global provider of outsourced managed email and directory services to financial services organizations, and Sage Information Consultants, an international technology integrator that specializes in the Microsoft enterprise platform. Mr. Mathur is involved in numerous professional organizations and philanthropic causes. Among others, he is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is one of the Founding Patron’s and serves on the Board of Directors of LuminaTO (www.luminato.com), Canada’s pre-eminent festival of Arts & Creativity. Chetan is also a member of the Board of Governors of The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Robert Dew

Partner in Charge of Engagements and Field Technology
Rob is primarily responsible for sales tax reviews. Rob ensures that all review objectives are met, that clients are kept fully informed and that clients are fully satisfied with the review process. As the partner in charge of field technology, he ensures that Definitive professionals are up-to-date on the clients’ financial and ERP systems as well as the use of analytic tools in facilitating the identification of sales tax anomalies. Rob has been a leading sales tax consultant for over ten years. His exposure to many operating systems during this time allows him to oversee sales tax reviews in various computer environments and to lead the development of innovative use of analytic technology. Rob served as corporate controller at leading enterprises in the financial service and public broadcast sectors. He articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto, Canada and successfully completed the 1996 CICA In-Depth Commodity Tax Course.
John Drysdale

Partner in Charge of Technical Knowledge and Compliance
John is responsible for all post-review client services, including client management reports, technical research and client training programs. He is also responsible for ensuring that review recommendations comply with tax laws and accepted practice and that all Definitive professionals are up-to-date on relevant sales tax legislation and rulings. John has over ten years experience as a sales tax consultant and has performed sales tax reviews for numerous organizations, including large financial institutions and public sector bodies. John is a former senior tax manager with KPMG in Toronto, Canada. He is also a graduate of the 1990 CICA In-Depth Income Tax Course and the 1995 CICA In-Depth Commodity Tax Course. He is a contributing author to Value Added Taxation in Canada: GST, HST and QST (2000, CCH Canadian Limited).
Dieter Eisbrenner

Dieter is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships for the firm. His focus is to identify and leverage key strategic needs of our clients and tailor solutions to meet these needs. His goal is to educate clients as to the range of sales tax solutions available to them through the firm and the strategic partnerships he brokers, thus ensuring that every client contact exceeds expectations for service excellence. With over twenty years of business development experience focusing on Fortune 500 companies across North America, Dieter has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the demands facing financial and tax planning professionals in large organizations.
